Hey everyone! Today I am going to be sharing with you some fabulous chocolate chip cookies that everyone should try. They’re super easy and fun to make! So…here we go.
You will need:
~3/4 cups of granulated sugar
~3/4 cups of packed brown sugar
~1 cup of butter (2 sticks)
~2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
~1 teaspoon of baking soda
~1/2 teaspoon of salf
~ Chocolate chips! It’s your choice to the amount, brand, size, etc.
for this I used Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips
step 2: Mix both sugars, butter, and egg in a large bowl. Make sure it’s well blended, then add the flour, baking soda, and salt gradually. If your dough is stiff that means you’re doing it right! Stir in your chocolate chips.
step 3: Drop doughby rounded tablespoonfuls about 2-3 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet or a cooking stone. I prefer the cooking stone because it is easier to use and clean.
step 4: Bake for 9 minutes. The centers will be very soft when you take them out, but once they cool it will be perfect. Wait about 2 minutes before moving the cookies onto a cooling rack! This makes about 35-45 cookies.
